Elastic is adjustable with a small rubber toggle and can be made as small as you like.
Therefore, you should choose bow tie based on actual size of bow tie, assuming neck will fit in maximum elastic size.
For example, if you pup has a 14” neck, you can choose a Small bow tie for a smaller look, or a Medium bow tie for a bigger look. Even a Large bow tie can be adjusted down to fit.
