Medium	4.5” wide by 2.5” high Adjustable elastic fits neck up to 19”
Large	5.5” wide by 3.5 high Adjustable elastic fits neck up to 25”

 

Elastic is adjustable with a small rubber toggle and can be made as small as you like.

Therefore, you should choose sailor bow based on actual size of bow, assuming neck will fit in maximum elastic size.
